"The Event Proved to Exceed Our Expectations. Lance Campbell...Very Easy to Work With and Wonderful to Watch" Amy Stafford - Chubb Insurance Group

When looking for entertainment, the above quote pretty much sums it up, doesn’t it? Whether you are a professional event planner or that person to whom the boss turns to and says "find us some entertainment", you want to be confident that you have made the right decision for your group, as well as have it be an easy process, don’t you?

Let’s talk about your needs:

It’s never easy planning for a company event. There are different people dynamics that can make it a stressful situation. No one wants to be responsible for the wrong type of entertainment. You’re not alone. It’s a natural feeling that many others before you have had also. Working together for your goal as I did with them, I am certain that I can help you produce a successful event. In fact I guarantee it!

Entertainment that works for:

  • Client appreciation dinners

  • Holiday parties

  • Award banquets

  • Employee appreciation events

  • Cocktail parties

The Mind Reading Presentation

This is an interactive thought reading show in which you and your colleagues are part of the fun. Using intuition, psychology and experiences from my past, I blend them together in a variety of entertaining ways to create an exciting event.

This in no way invades anyone’s private thoughts and feelings. Relying instead on the subject that we would be dealing with at that moment.

People enjoy this unique presentation of thought reading and heightened awareness of the senses as they not only witness, but also experience it.

Numerology

My Numerology readings are ideal for that need. They are presented one on one at a small table set off to the side of the room. Using the numbers of a person's birth date, I will reveal insights about their inner self and their potential. Each reading lasts from between 3-6 minutes, depending on the flow of your event. After each reading, the individual is given their chart to take as a souvenir.

Even in economic hard times. Don't lower your price. Instead, add value like we do!

Essentials in Contracting Entertainment
By Lance Campbell

When purchasing entertainment you want to be able to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I’m not just talking about the nuts and bolts of signing agreements. But also knowing what you don’t want as much as realizing what you do desire when talking with the entertainer. Communicating is so important. The entertainer wants all to go as smoothly as you do.

So what follows are steps to make your booking …and entertainment experience a pleasant one.

1. Decide the goal that you wish the entertainment to achieve.

• Purely entertainment
• To break the ice and get people interacting.
• To market or sell a product or service.

2. What is the desired format?

• Stage / platform ( Band, various show formats, speaker )
• Roving (magicians, characters, clowns)
• Station (face painters, psychic readers, caricature artists, etc.)
• Ambiance ( band as background during dinner, characters)

3. Ask about the entertainments requirements

• Stage/ platform?
• Technical needs (power requirements, backdrop, light and sound) Some entertainers provide their own equipment as part of a package. This often is less expensive than hiring from an outside source.
• Set- up time and load in specifics.
• Entertainment needs a captive audience! No food service during a stage show if it is a directly interactive style of performance. You want to get your bang for the buck without people being distracted.

4. Booking the Entertainment

• Contact entertainment in a timely manner. (especially if wanting customization)
• Have your event facts ready so that the entertainer can be specific for you.
• Expect to pay a deposit

5. Have day of show specifics organized

• Easy access for load in
• Parking for entertainer
• Green room or area so that entertainment can relax when not on.
• Name and phone of contact person on site the day of event

I hope this has been helpful and I look forward to working with you in the near future.
